One of the hardest things to overcome on your weight loss journey is time. Schedules and work can be hard to exercise around and that is why adding some exercise during work can be beneficial. The best way to do this is to get up every hour on the hour and do a quick little workout. Nothing more then 5 minutes so that not much time is taken away from work responsibilities. Below are some exercises that can be done in that short break every hour to get movement and exercise in.

  • Squats

  • Incline Push-ups

  • Wall Sits

  • Tricep Dips

  • Standing Knee to Elbow Crunch

  • Straight Leg March

There are also some exercises that can be done sitting in your chair while working that will not take time away from work responsibilities. While these are helpful, they do not take the place of the above exercises. These are just bonus exercises that can be done also.
