Ingredients:

2 c rotisserie chicken, shredded and chopped
1 t onion, finely chopped
1 t celery, finely chopped
¼ c non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 T water
1 t curry powder

Instructions:

Combine chicken, onion and celery. In separate container, mix yogurt, curry powder and water until smooth. May add more water as needed. Add chicken and yogurt mixture and blend.
